My name is Simon Excoffon

I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. After many years of competing as an athlete myself and working with many athletes as student athletic therapist and Kinesiologist I made the move from Canada to the United States in 1999 to follow in the footsteps of Doctor D. D. Palmer -The creator of Chiropractic- 

My combined degrees and education have allowed me to treat a very diverse population of patients with many unique types of injuries and/or states of disease. My extensive experience includes athletic training, head kinesiologist, coach, doctor, adjunct faculty clinician and professor. I have worked in concert with coaches, athletic directors, athletic trainers, physiotherapists, medical doctors and surgeons. While working with PTs, OTs, MDs and DCs in Canada and the USA we were able to ensure excellent (Award Winning) patient care services. This experience was invaluable throughout my Chiropractic education where I received numerous awards and graduated magna cum laude. I was awarded the prestigious Clinical Teaching Assistant position in my final Trimester, which would lead to my return a short time later allowing me to serve as a faculty clinician at Palmer College of Chiropractic. I truly enjoyed performing and teaching patient examinations to my chiropractic students so we  could analyze, diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans.

During my time in the mid-west I greatly enjoyed being able to teach and coach students, athletes and doctors, as well as treat patients in private practice. Recently my wife and I have relocated to New Jersey allowing her to follow her career as a research executive in Biotech working on gene therapy treatments for Cystic Fibrosis. During my time at Palmer God also blessed my wife Katherine and I with two wonderful boys. They are Nathan and Matthew both of whom have pursued vocation in Electrical Engineering.
